Not much to say today....A few weeks back we had friends over and took some pics so I am going to post those and one of the kids. Here they are....

Me and my handsome hubby! I love this man! We were really having a great time this night! and we never get our pics made together so I was glad to have this one!

Dance stunk!

Poor teacher and kiddos. She has zero control over the kids so today's recital prep seemed to be a waste of time. The kids are not at all prepared for what is ahead of them in May. I was really disappointed because the parent day that was held in December (with a different teacher) was GREAT. The kids had made major improvements from the year before but man they have either stayed the same or gotten worse since December. It makes me sad as I want Ty to really enjoy herself and have fun but it is so chaotic that she seems easily rattled.

Today she got hit in the eye and that totally made her switch flip and she completely checked out of dance and was pretty sad the rest of the time. she does have to take some ownership for her attitude but i partially don't blame her as I was aching to get out of dodge. I hope the show in May will be better. I called the dance school today and talked to the owner about my disappointment in what she was learning and how I felt i was wasting our money. I want her to do something active so like I said i am disappointed.

Today was a great day otherwise. Ty made yummo stuff at cooking today. They made spaghetti pie, candy pizza and dirty dog water (lemonade, with Limeade and sherbet). She really loved all three.

Well i am off to clean out the car as we have to take it to the car Dr tomorrow.

Tyism...

SO ty started taking art today and she was doing basic drawing with the art teacher and they were drawing animals. Tys turned out great i thought especially for her first time. i could really tell what they were etc. the teacher shows me a drawing of a fish and asked me if ty was dyslexic because she drew the face of the fish at the tail. i was like no she has no problem reading, writing etc. she said well i thought she might be because she drew this backwards. when we got in the car i said i noticed that you drew your fish backwards. did you mean to do that? ty said yes and i asked her why she said mom "I wanted him to swim the other direction" i thought that was pretty clever.

WIll post pics of her drawings tomorrow! oh and she has a dance recital parent day thingy!

This weekend was full of fun. Ty and I attended High School Musical on Ice. This girl was crazy dancing! You will love to see the video.

Luke stayed home with daddy and had a play date. He was a lil fussy for him but I think they both had a great time! Luke had a first yesterday! He ate baby rice cereal. The first feeding he could have cared less. The dinner feeding he thought was pretty yummy and today he didn't let a bite escape his mouth! Weighing in a whopping 19 lbs 11 oz. the kiddos doesn't miss a meal. check him and his fatness out below.

Posting a bit late for yesterday!

Well yesterday was busy. Thursdays and Fridays are supposed to be low key. tell me since when low key included the following: a trip to the gym, to the nesting place, to get lunch, peds office for shot records, stop at dr's office for allergy shot but it was closed, dry cleaners, out to dinner, quick trip for Ty some icecream, and then enchanted! low key to me is being able to stay at home for the whole day in my pj's eating bon bons. how long you think it will be before i can do that? well you will never see me eat bon bons cause i dont like chocolate but how about when can i stay home to have my house spic and span so that I can surprise my husband with a floor he can eat off of. how about where is the laundry fairy? oh yeah and the playroom clean up fairy. oh and who was it that was going to invent self cleaning dishes and tile floors? come out come out whereever you are! a days work is never done is it?

well as I sit and blog about yesterday I really need to get ready for the day. I must go and remove the clothes from the dryer as I really need to dry my jeans after all i have big plans with a certain 5 yr old lovingly named POOPIE. Tyler, maddy, russell, braeden, boo, Shugi and myself are all attending the ever most popular Ice show...HSM! for those of you who don't have children around you between the ages of 4 and 12 that would be HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL ON ICE TOUR. Yay! I can hardly wait to see Troy and Gabriella.

Actually I really love attending these sorts of things with Ty as she just has the cutest expressions! Well I am off to charge my small digital camera so I can capture that look of awe in the most precious 5 yr old I have laid eyes upon. oh and yes you will come to know that I am biased when it comes to my two kiddos!

The lions sleep tonight.....finally the kids are down, the hubbys working :( and here I sit! I want to upload pics from easter but that takes a lot of times and I have to shrink whatever photos I want to share on here! SO for your veiwing enjoyment I have 3 beautiful girls to share. The bond of cousins was ever so
prevalent this weekend on our trip to the lake. The Easter bunny has phenomenal taste in clothes for the girls so my mom and I took them to the photographer to get their pics done. Doesn't Tyler look like a mini Maddy? Maddy is now 10, Tyler 5 and Braeden 3. Luke was there but didn't get photographed...he is in the next set when we take the 3 handsome boys! Oh yeah my mom hopped in for a pose with her girls too!

I guess I did forget 3 pretty important pics though. Look below and tell me if you agree! I have to toot my own horn for a second but I think that I have some pretty cute kids! Call me biased or what you will but well when you speak the truth you speak the truth!
